Job Summary Responsible for managing and delegating all administrative task of the company Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain desirable results for the Organization Responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient operation of the company's Business. Also the purpose of this position is to manage both the operations of the Terminal and the company itself. This role is for a seasoned and qualified professional with visionary leadership skills in business development and change management. He/she must be an accomplished team builder with strong record of improving operational performance. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the organization and lead the team to deliver agreed yearly targets (budget approved by the Board) Develop throughput tonnage and maximize stock gains Manage the relationship with local authorities particularly Port and Free Zone Authorities Develop plans to increase safety level in the office and  terminals Follow implementation of audits, taking actions as appropriate to findings Be a good partner of sister company to help increase its sales volumes Develop clear procedures and review regularly all logistic issues (Truck, HSE level) Qualification and Requirements A good University Degree in Science or related field. An MBA or MSc in Management would be an added advantage At least 5 years senior management experience in the Oil and Gas Industry  Must have worked for at least 3 years as a manager. Must be computer literate. Must have a strong analytical skill. Must possess the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Must possess superior leadership skills and be able to work well with a team. Ability to take sensitive decisions on behalf of the organization.
