We seek for an unflappable personality to fill the position of a Personal Assistant to provide effective and strategic administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
This position is a senior management role that requires high level commitment in moving the organisation forward.
Job Description
· Deputizing generally for the MD by taking on some of the MD's responsibilities
· Effective diary management to ensure an effective time management of the MD
· Planning and organizing meetings and conferences
· Take Minutes during meetings and represent the MD at meetings, functions etc
· Provide required assistance during presentations
· Relate with clients, business partners and visitors for the appropriate business purpose
· Coordinate travel logistics including visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with or without the MD
· Review invoices and other finance related data for consistency and accuracy
· Constantly keeping the MD informed of complicated, multi-disciplinary projects on schedule
· Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
· Maintaining confidentiality of information and people issues
· Carrying out specific projects to completion
• Perform advanced administrative duties such as developing reports, composing correspondence, updating manuals, and maintaining logs
Person Specification
· Self starter, self-assured with the ability to drive issues/projects etc to completion
· Organized with outstanding planning and multi-tasking skills
· Excellent Leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
· Outstanding secretarial skills including accurate analysis of reports
· Problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and challenges including effective time management
· Able to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, challenges and environment
· Exceptional project management skills (task planning, scheduling, progress tracking, reporting)
· Attention to detail and ability to take initiatives
· Must possess extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the Internet

Experience / Qualifications
• Must be a graduate with minimum of B.Sc/HND in any discipline
• Must have at least 10 Years Cognate Experience
• Military or paramilitary background could be an added advantage.
Core Prerequisites
Candidate must be impeccable and rugged; experienced in running an office, ready to work long hours both in and out of Nigeria with a consummate experience as a Personal Assistant.
