Description:
A HMO situated in Ogun State, seeks to recruit a suitable candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and verify claims through retrospective reviews
- Authenticate authorization by spot checks/visits.
- Conduct review of admissions and surgeries.
- Conduct random checks on case notes for quality care assessment.
- Collate data from encounter, utilization, case notes (diagnosis and treatment)
- Follow up matters, issues and/or complaints to ensure they are resolved and achieve satisfactory result for both the customer and the company.
- Coordinate correspondences between the company and the hospital
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Nursing or at least a post Basic Nursing Certificate
- Basic life support skills, Family planning certificate, Hospital management certificate will be an added advantage
- Minimum of one (1) year experience
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess clinical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of terrain as applicable
- Knowledge of at least one of the three major languages in Nigeria
- Must reside in Abeokuta
