Responsibilities:
  • To attend to visitors and direct them to relevant officer to attend to their needs
  • The receptionist will provide both secretarial and receptionist services by monitoring and operating computer work, typing, filing, receiving visitors, answering calls, opening and directing official mail.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.Sc./HND in any related discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • HND/B.Sc. degree  preferably with a background in Social Sciences, Humanities or its equivalent with a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree(2.2)  
  • Has completed  the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • 0 - 2 years experience
  • Excellent presentation &  communications skills, honest and reliable and  able to work unsupervised in a busy environment, good PC skill and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Female , Single,  Not older than 30 years 
  • A good team player  with a minimum of one year experience in Customer Relationship  Management
  • Must be confident ,friendly and  able to communicate well with people of all levels
  • Should be self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to work in an ICT organization.

Identifies potential risk areas and internal control flaws in the course of audit and submit timely reports and implementable recommendations on audits carried out. Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Bachelors degree in accounting or social sciences; be a member of any recognized chartered accounting institute (ACA or ACCA). Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience in a reputable audit firm or international development organization. Ability to use Quick Books accounting software is desirable.Applicants must be highly numeric, fluent in spoken and written English language, work independently and pay close attention to details. Excellent planning and prioritization skills and strong analytical/problem solving skills with proven interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. An MBA is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Promote the Nestle Infant Nutrition range of products in assigned territory with the aim of obtaining prescriptions.
    Develop relationships / partnerships with medical / paramedical contacts / institutions through effective communication and / or sponsorship of activities in line with WHO Code, local Code or Nestle Instructions.

PROFILE
    B.Sc degree or HND in any of these disciplines (Minimum of Second Class lower or Higher Credit Grade) in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Human Nutrition & Pharmacy.
    1- 2years Ethical & Medical detailing experience.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the ED; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status.
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Provide leadership, technical guidance in developing the protection programme, particularly as described in the Thematic Programme Plan. Work with the Director of Program Development and Quality and others managers to secure funding for the protection programme. S/he will work closely with the other national thematic coordinators to ensure effective integration of programmes. S/he will ensure that Save the Children's programmatic experience in the field provides evidence for National and Global policy and advocacy.Qualifications and experienceEssential:· Degree in social studies, social work or equivalent.· Technical competence in and sound theoretical understanding of social work and child protection issues. · Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically. · Ability to take the lead in policy and advocacy initiatives and support programme teams to provide evidenced based data and information. · Fluent in English and French, written and oral· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience of senior level negotiation and representation. · Ability to represent Save the Children and maintain good relations at a regional level with donors, UN organisations, international and national NGOs and local authorities.· Track record in advocacy and policy work.· Strong technical knowledge in key areas of child protection; notably children in conflict, child recruitment by armed forces, orphaned and vulnerable children, sexual and gender-based violence and child labour and trafficking.· Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children's aims, values and principles.· Resilience and self-reliance.
