Qualification / Experience B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying. Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying would be an added advantage. Minimum of five years experience in a similar position. Good Knowledge of relevant building laws and regulations. Skills Good negotiation skills. Good communication skills. Excellent numerical and IT skills.
