Our solutions support the following users: Employers, HR Managers, Recruiters and scholarship Boards, Examination Bodies, We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Test Administrator Job Reference: OPS 01 Department: OPERATIONS Job Description Ensure that all tests and assessments are deployed in line with global standards Planning, Scheduling, Administration and Review of all Testing operations in controlled/invigilated environments Manage Operational Relationship with Test Centres Manage Test Centre; Commercial Relationship with Test Centres Manage Test Administrators Maintain integrity of Testing process Maintain the integrity of results Proffer improvement initiatives in Test Administration Requirements Must be a graduate of an engineering, science or technology discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division from a reputable university. Excellent analytical skills Excellent lateral thinking skills Must be resident in the F.C.T.
