Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.    Membership of the Institute of Marketing or such similar body.    He/She must have at least 6 years experience in the financial services industry/IT out of which at least 2 years is in management position.    He/she must have a good understanding of the International financial market and must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
