A leading enterprise-solutions provider for small and medium scale business -SMEs- working throughout Nigeria and internationally. Our core disciplines encompass operation development, standardization and streamlining, promoting accountability through proper documentation, boosting staff efficiency and manpower through the aid of the virtual managers. We are looking to hire a resourceful and skilled individual to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing company's impress
- Posting of company's sales and expenses
- Prepare letters and documents and Internal memos
- Preparing staff monthly salary
- Managing staff attendance and Logistics
- Keeping of sales and non-sales stock
- Attend to visitors and direct them to relevant officer to attend to their needs
- Send and receive e-mails
- Book appointments and other related duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Must be computer literate and competent in accounting software
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, proficiently.
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
- Must be a female candidate
- Must be between the ages of 20 – 30 years
