As part of our aggressive growth strategy, We are rapidly building organisational capabilities and capacity to deliver on more complexes, mission critical high value mandates. Accordingly, we are now seeking exceptional professionals to fill this position. Responsibilities: Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in – house promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities. Understanding market and customer. Preparation of brand plan-marketing, quaterly promotional strategy-input finalization and input implementation plan. Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation. Ensuring brand profitability. Piloting the innovations and creating new indications and expanding markets. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement Accountability for Brand's performance & working closely with sales team Formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies Execution of trade and promotional activities Managing advertising and promotion funds Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities Product Development- Feasibility study and product launches Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of first degree in any related discipline.  Master's Degree is an added advantage Relevant professional qualifications may be an advantage. Minimum of 4 - 7 years relevant experience in a reputable firm or on notable projects- post first degree. Exceptional critical and strategic thinking ability.  Have high creative and imaginative acumen.  Track record of successful real world projects.  Ability to handle complexity and engage in intellectual rigour.  Mastery of relevant professional tools, frameworks and techniques. Outstanding proficiency in the relevant software and technology applications Must be able speak articulately and write intelligently in good English. Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mind-set. Passionate, driven and self-starting achiever, optimistic with a positive attitude. Team player, friendly and kind-hearted disposition. Socially literate, culturally aware, informed with a broad worldview.
