Business Development Executive Jan 15th 2013, 10:12 Location: Lagos Description: We provide efficient Shipping Agency, Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services in all Sea Ports in Nigeria and beyond, as we are a registered shipping company/agency with the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) and Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Job Summary: The candidate must be able to formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve desired annual turn-over and high market share of the Nigerian Ship agency,vessel chartering businesses. Qualifications and Requirements: B.Sc/HND. MBA and/ Shipping Certification will be an added advantage. Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role in a shipping, banking or insurance company. A lady will be preferred. Ability to establish and maintain contacts with ship owners,charterers and company vendors. Ability to identify competition and take advantage of any business opportunity. The candidate must be conversant with Federal Govt past and present shipping/maritime rules and guidelines. Must be able to work with management to achieve monthly growth targets set by the company. Must be Computer literate. Must have excellent command of English Language Must not be more than 30 years of age.
