Job Summary: A chief cook is the person who knows how to guide the other employees in order to satisfy all his clients including food lovers and haters. He should also be able to cook something good and tasty from whatever ingredients he has at his disposal. Qualifications and Requirements:  Minimum of SSCE Minimum of five (5) years practical experience in the kitchen of hotel or restaurant, with at least two (2) years as a chief cook. Must have good knowledge of local and international cuisines. Must have a good command of English language. Must have a complete education as a cook. Must be able to deal with quality control/ production control. Must reside around Maba- Asese, Ogun State Must have good background in Food and nutrition which goes with nutritional counselling.
