Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers and retain them by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Manage customer and other stakeholder relationships.
- Maintains customer records by collecting customer information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer transactions.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience in Sales or Marketing is a bonus but not essential
- Problem Solving
- Market Knowledge
- Good Listening skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Organisation Skills.
