Job Summary: Specialist advice to clients on financial resource management in the most profitable and secure manner. He/she will be responsible for assessing a client's circumstances and objectives, and based on those, go on to provide individualized, highly strategic corporate finance, financial advisory and real estate advice.   Responsibilities: Provide financial advisory services and financial intermediation. Financial modelling and scenario analysis Research Research to support transactions Provide high level support in transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs, due diligence, valuations, fund raising Draft documentation with a compelling rationale to generate interest in funding proposals, companies for sale, project finance opportunities Assist with the preparation of tender documents and proposals Manage project finance Provide analytical and asset valuation support for company's Private Equity Provide input for strategic development and acquisition opportunities within a specific industry Effectively manage industry specific trading activity to ensure compliance with company's financial, risk, and strategic objectives. Review and process potential new private equity investment opportunities Portfolio monitoring, reporting, and business development Qualifications and Requirements: BS.c/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and Engineering background Minimum of 3-5 years experience in long-range planning, modelling and forecasting financial data, including a thorough understanding of financial statement construction and analysis Clear understanding of risk and asset management Ability to forecast future market trends Analytical dexterity, money management and planning skills Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, asset allocation and financial tools Ability to perform credit analysis Excellent project management skills Ability to understand key client and business issues Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, Ability to understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports Ability to think "why not" and outside the box Profound communication skills Information gathering skills Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point Social confidence and resilience to cope with pressure Desire to succeed and maintain high octane energetic approach Proven initiative and self-directed style Excellent demonstration of interpersonal and team work skills   If you are qualified for this position, Send your CV to 8aab@jbng.me or click http://www.jobberman.com/job/185499/financial-adviseradvisor-in-lagos/ to apply
