Responsibilities:
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, both externally and internally.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Deal and respond to queries from the public and customers.
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system for all correspondence.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Prepare requisitions and financial reports weekly and monthly.
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Must be organized, have effective communication and planning skills.
- Must have Customer Service Orientation.
- Knowledge of computer is a must.
