Responsibilities: Accomplish staff result by communicating job expectations Plan, monitor and appraise job result Provide strategic planning for staff training and development Manage and guide the overall provision of human resources policies, guidelines and culture of the company. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in English or Business Administration At least three (3) years' experience in a similar role Excellent communication skill and interpersonal relationship skill Membership of CIPM will be added advantage Must be computer oriented Must be between the ages of 25 – 30 years.
