Duties: Setting the culture of the company  Developing strategy and direction for the company  Leading the executive/senior management of the company (including firing and hiring)  Managing Financial and Physical resources  Requirements and Qualifications: B.Sc/HND Mass Communications/Theatre Arts/Social Sciences & Humanities from a reputable university. A post-graduate degree + membership of relevant professional bodies will, however, be an advantage. Not less than 15 years cognate experience, a third of which should be at top management position in a reputable broadcast organization.
