MCC AOG Spares Officer Jan 28th 2013, 14:29 Location: Lagos Description: A West-Africa's leading airline operating a domestic, regional and international flight network. It operates mainly from two hubs at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. We are recruiting to fill this position. Responsibilities: Provide AOG/IOR Spares support for the company's Fleet, to minimise downtime  due to spares requirements Ensure that parts have been identified and ordered by engineering within 12 hrs Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies to ensure parts are sourced, ordered, shipped and delivered in the most cost effective, timely manner Provide support to the Procurement team as directed by the Business Manager in ordering Routine items, stock replacement and planning for maintenance visits Update Company IT Systems and provide daily reports Liaise with MCC engineers to ensure maximum spares information available to make informed Fleet decisions Provide support on secondment as required to support Base Maintenance inputs Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline Must have 10 years minimum experience within the Aircraft Spares/Engineering industry, primarily within the large commercial aircraft sector Experienced on Airbus 330/340, Boeing 737 classic/ng, CRJ , Dash 8 and HB125-800 preferable Good knowledge of current aviation IT systems and good IT  skills Good communication skills If you are qualified for this position, Send your CV to 8ec5@jbng.me or click http://www.jobberman.com/job/186549/mcc-aog-spares-officer-in-lagos/ to apply
