Description:
We are a Positive Change and Human Ingenuity-Focused Inspirational Social Enterprise. We are a Social Services Provider and Social Empowerment Advocates, with the primary mandate to serve the Social Services Sector.
Responsibilities:- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Coordinating and implementing office procedures
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Receives and attends to callers to the Managing Director's office
- Preparation of reports as required by the Managing Director
- Handles all confidential correspondence.
- Maintains and controls office supplies stock.
- Ensures filing of documents is up to standard and easily accessible.
- Maintains and updates a follow up file for the purpose of reminding the Managing Director of functions, events, meetings, appointments and other related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Minimum of a degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years experience
- A least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant to a Chief Executive Officer
- Must be a Male
- Smart and agile
- Able to work with NO SUPERVISION
- Excellent dress sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Below 30
- Have a flair for Social Work
- Discreet and disciplined
- Ability to organize
