Retail Branch Manager Jan 16th 2013, 13:28 Location: Abuja Description: We are a technology based business advisory services company operating from Abuja, set up to provide top of the range technology and leading business practices to enterprises in Nigeria and West Africa. We seek to recruit a suitable candidate to fill this position. Responsibilities: Generate maximum revenue by ensuring that the retail outlet is run in a profitable and effective manner Generate maximum revenue from sales of ICT gadgets through aggressive marketing. Responsible for the running and commercial performance of the retail outlet. Lead and motivate your team to maximise sales and to manage the store operation to ensure that all store targets are achieved, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures. Maximise sales through effective sales floor management. To pro-actively use Retail provided propositions & initiatives in order to grow the Companies market share.  Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service standards and to demonstrate 1st class product knowledge that targets the customer's needs at every opportunity.  To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and that all operational areas e.g. stock control, admin and presentation are maintained in line with store standards and Company policies and procedures.  Manage the store profit & loss account within budget.  Reach sales targets and increase profit, oversee stock control, ensure quality is of the right standard and supplies are re-ordered on time.
