Job Description: The key responsibility of Marketing Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies that create, capture and sustain value in the overall interest ofthe company and customers. Other responsibilities are: Coordinate the management of wide range of brand portfolios to deliver on market positioning and leadership. Provide leadership and management ofthe marketing department Conduct and coordinate Market research New products development, price and channel strategies New customers acquisition and retention programs Vendors and agencies management Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing and Related Fields; MBA will be advantage Minimum of 5years post NYSC experience, 3 of which would have been spent in Brand Management of successful brand(s) especially in the FMCG industry. Strong personality and leadership skills and also a good communicator Vast knowledge of new trends in marketing Great vision for self and brand with aspiration to leadership Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and ready to travel at short notices Between 30 - 35 years
