Job Title: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO - 002) Objective
Oversees all financial management and provides accounting, tax compliance, currency planning, financial planning, internal controls and procedures and ensure legal compliance for all functions, transaction" and operations in the company. Reports to and advise, the CEO on all related matters.
Responsibilities
Work with executive management to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives.
Provide overall direction and control of ail company financial matters such as tax, fund management and business planning operations
Assist the CEO and management staff in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise stakeholders on financial and budgetary implications and implementation matters.
Work with project managers and executive teams' to ensure project success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and project requirements including:
Interpreting legislative and project contracts to ensure compliance with all federal state, and local contractual
Ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel, and o Monitoring compliance.
Drive efficient cost management and financial planning process
Create and implement accounting/finance systems, which will support a high growth, high volume service delivery.
Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget for review and approval, by management
Responsible for the analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual results and key performance indicators to enable informed decision making by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting advanced degree such as MBA, ACA/ICAN is required
Minimum 15 years experience in increasing responsible business and financial management positions.
Significant experience in emerging markets financial management,
Experienced in establishing and managing financial operations.
Audit experience backed by operational finance management experience essential
Demonstrated and proven success at senior financial level management.
Strong financing, tax and financial business planning skills required.
Team leader, excellent coach and people manager

This role reports to the Managing Director/CEO, and is solely in charge of the Business Development & Planning Division of the company and responsible for designing business marketing strategy, identifying business opportunity, and developing, recommending and implementing process improvement programs to pursue deliverables that are aligned with corporate strategic objectives, as well as ensuring the achievement of revenue, and gross margin targets for the Division,
Responsibilities
Develop sustainable relationships with clients throughout the business life cycle (from the initial stage of tendering, contracts development, project execution and through closeout)
Develop Strategic Plans and Performance Management Metrics for the company
Design of business marketing strategy.
Develop services/project scorecards and drive continuous improvement through quantitative analysis of value added performance
Develop and maintain best practices, standards and baselines for project execution across the company
Work closely with Project Managers/Head of Projects to identify needs for commercial and technical engagement, and define acceptable parameters and limitations in the acquisition and execution of those projects
Identify, review and negotiate Engineering Services Agreements with clients and align corporate policies
Develop commercial and technical strategy for all major tenders and project, acquisition targets
Review prepared tenders (Pre-qualifications, Technical and Commercials) before final submission.
Requirements
A first degree in Engineering :
Minimum of 18 years experience (10 years must be in business development function) in Oil and Gas industry including on/offshore or subsea facilities
Project management experience is an added advantage
Must be able to develop and maintain a complete understanding of the business environment, market trend, drivers and issues that will impact the organizations business
Strong Business Development capabilities
A proven track record of Market and Business Acumen at a senior level
Strong technical economics skill, specifically in relation to dealing with regulatory authorities in the Oil and Gas sector
Good leadership skill

Job description Rotating Equipment Support Engineer
Provide technical support to offshore and onshore, for all operational rotating equipment discipline maintenance matters.
Will be required to travel to each of the locations as and when required to integrate with the field maintenance teams.
Provide contractual services cover to support rotating equipment maintenance activities within area of responsibility.
Compile monthly maintenance performance statistics for inclusion in the monthly report.
Continually review all spares and stock requirements / usage to support the maintenance requirements both onshore and offshore operations and advise the Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer with regards to requirements / changes.
Assist with the development of the plan to replace aging equipment and associated sparing and maintenance.
Responsible for providing the CM program for field locations, trending data and advising on actions from findings.
Improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of plant rotating equipment through the application of engineering expertise in providing low cost solutions to maintenance problems.
Evaluation condition of rotating equipment to predict life and adjust maintenance intervals to suit.

Requirements Rotating Equipment Support Engineer
A degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential
COREN registration is desirable.
Member of an Engineering institute is desirable.
5 years operational oil & gas industry maintenance experience, including 2 years offshore is desirable.
A good knowledge of field operations including onshore and offshore production operations, CMMS and Logistics.
A good knowledge of the Nigerian Legislation, International Standards, Best practices, HSSE, safety case, SCE, design & operating performance standards, Management of Change/Deviations, project to operations handover criteria, hazardous area safe working practices.
Working experience of Reciprocating and Centrifugal compressors and pumps, gas engines, motors and turbines.
Competent in reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, C&Es, schematics and engineering diagrams
Familiar with RCFA, RBI, RCM, RAM and risk mitigation
Mentor, coach and train on-the-job indigenous rotating equipment personnel.
