Role Summary/Purpose:

The Product Line Manager is critical to the growth of Performance Services Projects (PSPs) in the Power Generation Services (PGS) Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role will coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the business to develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the needs of GE's local customers.

Essential Responsibilities

? Lead product management efforts for with focus on specific PSP product/service offerings & sub-regions

? Identify & help coordinate NPI programs relevant to region, in collaboration with HQ Engineering & HQ Product Management

? Develop & own region strategy for NPI Commercialization

? Partner with Sales Team to provide PSP solutions with focus to enhance Customer Value Stream

? Coordinate with engineering to refine solutions to meet customer CTQs

? Develop & present customer value story presentations for solutions

? Assist in development of PSP Op Plan for Revenue, CM

Qualifications/Requirements:

? BS Degree in technical discipline

? Operations, commercial and/or technical (FE) experience (10 years minimum)

? Strong command of GE PGS offerings

? Ability to operate in matrix organization in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations

? Demonstrated leadership skills

? Excellent communication skills

? Strong understanding of GE financial practices

? Willingness to travel (moderate)
