Trade Marketing Executive at RS Hunter

Evaluate assigned territory constantly to ensure all business opportunities are being maximized

. Ensure all trade marketing information and reports including RCS data, Call cards, DER's, competitor reports, and cycle plan reports are up to date, accurate, and provided in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a merchandiser or trade marketing representative in another FMCG company, preferably one which has a trade marketing approach.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong, classic Trade/Customer Marketing background with a leading consumer packaged goods company
  • Additional experience in an industry outside CPG, where the
    business is driven more by Sales, Technology, Engineering, etc.
  • Experience leading the Customer/Trade Marketing function including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the field and translating that into specific marketing programs.
  • A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising, promotion, and partnerships.
  • Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities.
  • Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Marketing effectiveness.

Senior Manager: HNI Sales at RS Hunter

Effective development of HNI Sales strategy:

Trade and Sales team information dissemination and Training:

  • Carry out regular HNI sales training needs analysis
  • Coordinate content development and delivery of skill enhancement programs to enhance professionalism of the HNI sales team
  • Effective interpretation and cascade of all new HNI value propositions (trade & customer) to the regional HNI sales team

Effective HNI Sales Processes:

  • Establish and continuously review HNI sales management process to support the sale of HNI products and services.

  • Ensure complete integration of HNI customer management, supported by appropriate IT infrastructure.

Cross & Intra Functional Engagement:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of varied experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 4 years at middle management level handling independent businesses.

  • Relevant experience in Telecom industry is desirable

Supply Chain Officer at RS Hunter

PURPOSE:

 The supply chain officer will implement company supply chain strategies ensuring effective support of sales team through efficient demand planning, plant logistics management and

inter market coordination towards optimal supplies.

 Key Accountabilities:

  •  To manage the demand planning of the affiliate through responsive forecasting process.
  • To lead and manage the S & OP processes of the affiliate with the various functions of the business.
  • To lead the import & clearing processes of the Nigeria business operations.
  • To analyze data and monitor key supply chain performance indices, plan and execute improvement processes where required.

  •  Possess minimum of three (3) years demonstrable working experience in similar position or organization.
  • Have a working knowledge of key forecasting toolkits/ ERPs with advance level skill of functions and formulas in Microsoft excel.
  • Have a working knowledge of import/export process in Nigeria.
  • Have a detailed understanding of inventory control / management systems with strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
  • Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure with limited supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Country Director at IPAS

Ipas Nigeria is an international NGO dedicated to improving women's reproductive health and rights, with a specific focus on reducing maternal mortality and morbidity from unsafe

abortion. The Nigeria program has programs in eight states to build the capacity of public and private health systems to expand quality woman-centered reproductive health services.

Location: - Abuja

 The Country Director is the chief executive for the Ipas Nigeria program and is responsible for providing strategic direction and managerial oversight for the country team. This includes donor proposals and reports, forecasting and managing budgets and workplans and leading the team to ensure results. He/she is responsible for donor relationships, strategic planning, policy, advocacy and external relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

.Provide leadership and strategic direction in planning of country strategies and program objectives to set direction for the Ipas Nigeria country program.
.Responsible to plan and manage the country program, ensure program results are achieved consistent with organizational priorities, donor requirements and budget parameters
.Provides guidance and supervision to the management team working closely with the Program Manager, and encourages strong teamwork, positive communications and a supportive team culture to meet overall country objectives.
.Represents Ipas with donors and provides leadership in donor proposals and reports.
.Represents Ipas with policy makers and stakeholders and advocates for policies and programs that maximizes impact and resources to further the mission of Ipas.
.Leads the Country Results Team and Management and Accountability Group (MAG) meetings.

Minimum requirements:

.Advanced degree in relevant field required
.10-15 years' related experience required
.At least 5 or more years of supervisory and HR experience required
.Must be familiar with women's sexual and reproductive rights and a strong advocate for Ipas mission
.Proven experience with donor relations and in writing proposals and donor reports
.Must be able to work independently with a strong teamwork focus
.Cross cultural experience and international NGO work experience
.Ability to travel up to 50% time within Nigeria

Additional requirements:

.Must possess strong writing and verbal communications skills
.Must possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and representational skills
.Must possess strong skills in planning, financial and human resource management
.Must possess strong computer skills
