Supervises and reviews the daily organization and operation of the store, ensuring that the warehouse is optimally capable and functional.
To create and strictly adhere to a control system that will aid in the reduction of damages, breakages and inventory obsolescence.
Responsible for preparing work schedules for the team.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time.
Maintain daily records of shipments, Suggested Stock Orders and invoices to see what products need to be replenished.
Responsible for receiving and logging all incoming inventory from the merchandising unit into the store. The employee must complete physical inventory count as required by the company policy.
To ensure that inventory is disbursed to the shop-floor promptly and in the right quantity and make sure it is appropriately recorded.
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
Examine and inspect stock items for defects, reporting any damage to Supervisor.
Generate requisition for all stock items, while maintaining stock and re-order level at all times. And ensure first in first out rule (F.I.F.O.). TO APPLY
