Reports to:
Brand Manager
In this capacity, you will:
. Be responsible for brand and product building activities in the organization.
. Ensure the promotional strategy for the sales team for subsequent roll outs
. Review & interpret the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies and strengthen the brand image.
. Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
. Conduct / participate in product to mobilize the field sales team to effectively carry out discussions with stakeholders.
. Conduct CME's at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Degree-qualified in Pharmacy or a related discipline
. Between 3 - 5 years cognate experience in marketing/branding
. Demonstrable record of success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and client handling skills
