Big Engineering Group LLC is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos Island
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect the site and develop the methodology to carry out the above work.
Prepare the specification and BOQ for the works in consultation with Maintenance Manager.
Floating the enquiry, arranging the site visit and explaining the works to Subcontractors.
Follow up & obtain necessary quotations, analyse the rates and negotiate with Subcontractors both technically and commercially.
