REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good creative background Excellent presentation skills
Proficiency in the use of relevant Creative Applications Strategic Thinking & Marketing Superior understanding of branding and marketing principles
Good understanding of leveraging market initiation through the line
Effective management of the creative process
QUALIFICATION
A good first degree or diploma in any discipline advertising and communication with minimum of 8-10 years post qualification experience in any advertising or brand agency which includes minimum of 6 years a Senior Creative Director.

QUALIFICATION
