Job Title: Zonal Sales / Development Manager

Primary Role:
Manages sales of the company's products and services in within a defined and prescribed geographic area and zone. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with management
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Collaborates with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Position Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 12+ years in a marketing and sales managerial role
  • Preference for candidates currently working with PZ or Unilever
  • Must reside in Lagos, Port Harcourt or Kano
  • Should have extensively worked in the areas he wants to get posted.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Summary
This role will head the corporate security function, which includes the physical security and safety of employees, facilities and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee a network of security operatives and vendors who safeguard the company's assets and systems, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
  • Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
  • Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
  • Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, and video surveillance.
  • Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.
  • Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
  • Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits.
