Job description

• Responsible for exploring and exploiting new market opportunities for brands in the region


• Manage advertising agencies to ensure great advertising ideas are brought to bear on the brands


• Ensure strategic, effective and efficient management of brand to achieve organizational objective


• Coordinate and implement marketing programs that increase the brand presence and market share, and improve customer satisfaction


• Charts plans to ensure that company’s products are ahead of competitors


• Works closely with the sales and marketing teams to come up with exciting sales promotions and activations that will help in enriching the brands and achieve business


• Be capable of providing strong project leadership


• Manage the day to day logistics of the brand programs


• Conduct market analysis to provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market dynamics and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and MBA or post graduate qualifications is an advantage


• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar industry


• Relevant Brand management experience in distributor industry is required


• Posses a good knowledge of advertising, distribution and marketing research


• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and execute programs from start to completion


• APCON, NIMN and other relevant certification would be an added advantage


• Fluency in English language


• Persuasive and Negotiation skills


• Energetic, Creative, organized and business driven approach is required


• Good team leadership and decision making skills is required
