Job Title: Pack Change Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Functions as below:

  • Quality and Operations excellence - Innovation in packaging to minimize mutlipacks and cost reduction
  • Marketing - Make sure there are no stock out scenarios for want of packages
  • Branding - To make sure that that designed packs are meeting the branding guidelines
  • Designing - Make sure that the Pack Artworks and Pack Specifications development teams are briefed to produce correct designs and artworks
  • Printing - Understand the printers capability and ensure correct briefing to the Printers and the teams responsible for designing
  • Regulatory teams - Ensure to choose right kind of packaging material to meet regulatory guidelines (Example: Storage conditions, Temperature etc of the products will determine the thickness of papers etc)

Marketing executives contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Tasks can involve:

  • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign;
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
  • writing and proofreading copy;
  • arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
  • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
  • contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
  • managing budgets;
  • evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • monitoring competitor activity;
  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum BSC OR HND degree in any discipline.
  • Be analytical minded and be a fast learner.
  • Be confidence and possess leadership skills.
  • Be a self starter
  • Must be able to secure and deliver presentation
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Tier 1 escalation engineer that will provide technical support on a team that provides operational support and NOC style monitoring to multiple remote customers all over the world.
  • Will be go-to point person other engineers can escalate complex network problems to.
  • Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with teams and on own without supervision.
  • Strong EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocol experience.
