Computer Warehouse Group PLC seeks to fill the role of a Presales Consultant, EMC who will have a deep technical understanding of the EMC suite and engage prospective clients on solutions.

This should be someone with the ability to produce winning bids.


  •     Will work closely with CWG and EMC resources to define targets and develop incremental businesses
  •     Will have a comfortable business target
  •     Will be in-charge of CWG's EMC business

Requirement:
  •     Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  or Computer Science

Operations Manager


Job Description
  •     Develop effective operational systems, processes and polices in support of the organization's vision; Develop detailed plans in support of approved strategies, organizing required resources, monitoring and periodically reporting progress of plans.
  •     Continuously strive to improve processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness and quality; Direct and provide a strategic framework for product managers to develop and manage new 3rd party relationships, contracts, data services/features, content and application portals and messaging products.
  •     Perform market research and analysis, design product, content and channels.
  •     Develop and sustain parameters for service tracking and communication to clients (e.g. outgoing technical reports, SDD, logs performance analysis).
  •     Assist in the development of proposals for new services and platforms to clients.
  •     Act as a liaison between networks and all departments; Ensure VAS services are implemented within allocated budgets; Keep up to date on VAS services and capabilities across all networks; Keep abreast with technological advancement within the VAS industry; Identify training and development needs of team members and manage skills enhancement programmes for the team to ensure targets are met.
  •     Manage team boundaries and allocate resources between teams for an effective work load balance; Set clear objectives and guide team members to achieve targets and performance standards; Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Principal Drilling Engineer (Semi Submersible)


Job description
Lead a team of drilling/completion and well test engineers in planning and supporting the safe and efficient delivery of development, exploration and appraisal wells in water-depths up to 700ft, offshore Nigeria.

Operations involve the following special challenges:
    o High pressure / narrow margin drilling techniques,
    o High angle / extended reach drilling,
    o Subsea completions and well testing,
    o Third party staff, service and equipment quality,
    o Complex supply chain and logistics.
    o Interaction with other (G&G) departments

Requirements
  •     Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 in a similar position.
  •     Extensive experience involving semi's, knowledge of onshore and jack-up operations would be beneficial.
  •     Previous Nigerian / West African experience is advantageous.
  •     Technical / engineering qualification required.
  •     IWCF sub sea well control at supervisory level or equivalent.
  •     Exemplary HSE leadership.
  •     Strong drive for continuous performance improvement.
  •     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading effectively in a multi-cultural society.
  •     Team leadership capabilities
  •     Completion and testing experience
  •     Able to work under sustained high workload, meet tight deadlines yet still deliver quality work
  •     Competency with drilling engineering software
  •     Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processors and presentation software.
  •     Project management skills
  •     Excellent knowledge of drilling engineering and international industry standards, ideally acquired while working for a large international operator.
  •     Good organisation and project management skills, ensuring efficient application of the company's well delivery and commercial processes.
  •     Contracts and contractor management.
