Job Summary


  • We are urgently looking for exceptionally self-confident, smart, good looking FEMALE Project Executive Officers to join our team and be responsible for the project management including meeting with clients, making convincing presentation, acting as the key point of contact for clients and will be responsible for efficiently managing the project and maintaining its quality from conception to completion; coordination, logistical planning and marketing.
  • You must have the experience and the ability to: handle large scale and complex events and incentives; provide leadership on every aspect from pitches and contract negotiations to developing existing accounts and marketing new ones; managing a team; and delivering outstanding events for clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification; Degree
  • Required Experience: 1 - 3 years
  • A creative and proactive approach to tasks.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills a must.
  • Solid and proven full event project management experience
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation); negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Solid leadership experience; experienced people manager and proven ability in training and developing staff;
  • Numerate and experienced at preparing quotes and managing complex budgets.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Computer literate with advanced experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, and Powerpoint).
  • Must be culturally aware and have had group event travel and on-site experience.

  • Environmental health officers monitor, maintain and protect environmental and health standards

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for investigating incidents that affect health such as pollution, accidents at work, noise control, toxic contamination, pest infestations, food poisoning and waste management.
  • Their remit includes advisory work, education and law enforcement.
  • A large amount of time is spent away from the office visiting properties such as farms, shops, food outlets, private/public accommodation, commercial premises, manufacturers and industrial organisations.

In addition to inspections, responsibilities include:

  • compiling reports
  • providing training courses
  • gathering samples to be tested
  • investigating complaints
  • liaising with other organisations

Senior Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
  • Prepare the monthly financial reports with all needed financial and costing analysis comparing with Budget and KPIs.
  • Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
  • Ensure that the company are continuously keeping sufficient fund to fulfill its financial obligation by preparing monthly cash flow forecast.
  • Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate with all other department the preparation of annual operating budget and developing 3-10 years business plans for the company.
  • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 10 year accounting experience 5 of which must be in a senior level Finance or Accounting position.
  • Strong knowledge of Cost and Management accounting.
  • ICAN/ACCA certification CIMA certification will be added advantage
  • Candidates with experience which are privately owned (non-government) industrial or energy companies preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • General knowledge of ERP Systems and the relation of other modules with accounting and finance modules and the associated controls.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
