Client Services Executive Jan 25th 2013, 15:32 Location: Lagos Description: A Marketing and Advertising industry needs a client service executive to fill the vacant position. Job Description: Client service liason with customers and company Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.  Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.  Build positive and productive relationships with clients.  Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.  Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.  Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.  Maintain client focused working environment for team.  Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.  Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.  Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.  Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.  Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.  Provide assistance to less experienced staffs when needed.  Attend educational training and workshops for professional growth.  Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.  Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of OND in a related discipline with 3 years experience will be considered Basic MS Office skills are a must Fluent English is a must Must be a Female candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ladies between the ages of 23-28 Graduates with BS.c Willing to work weekends Ability to work with or without supervision If you are qualified for this position, Send your CV to 8e5d@jbng.me or click http://www.jobberman.com/job/186445/client-services-executive-in-lagos/ to apply
