Our client is over 10 yrs old in the Pharma industry with a leading position in one chronic disease management and products in many other therapeutic segments, and is currently re-focusing and re-positioning; and urgently required top-performers and entrepreneurial leaders.
Job Summary:
The Medical Representatives are expected primarily to create awareness amongst relevant healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.
- Ensure database update of territory customers on quarterly basis.
- Develop long term profitable Business relationship with Trades.
- Achieve sales target for Brands in the assigned Territory.
- Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per segment.
- Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in development of Trade marketing plan.
- Communicate Messages properly on company brands, attribute & consumers benefits as the per brand strategy.
- Abide by driving and Safety rules
- Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Pharm/B Sc in Biological Sciences
- 1- 2 years of post NYSC experience is a great advantage
- Strong persuasion capabilities, good communication/presentation skills
- A self starter with good knowledge of Pharmaceutical sales/Hospital system
- An excellent knowledge of the territory
- Single- minded focus on delivering result
- Must be willing, able and qualified to drive
- High integrity index
