Job Description:

Undertake research, analysis and draft reports using MS tools.
Applications management

Skills Requirements:

 1. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT 

REF: EA

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or University degree Not less than 45 years of age
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a similar role in a reputable organization.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the diary of the executive office, making and confirming appointments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is prepared relating to those appointments/meetings.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.
  • Provide historical references to aid decision making.
  • Review of internal and external documents for executive action.
  • Follow through with planning, implementation and execution of projects.
  • Draft internal memoranda and external communication.
  • Ensure up to date information is available on the activities of the office always.

2. PROPERTY LAWYER

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Law LLM will be an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in managing real estate and property legal matters.
  • Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria
  • Preparation and registration of all the legal documents
  • Dealing with title issues as they arise
  • Advice on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents

3. SENIOR REAL ESTATE MANAGER 
REF: SREM

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering Field, Architecture, Estate Management or other relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience with comprehensive knowledge of estate management.
  • Good experience in running real estate with a blue chip company is required.
  • Demonstrated success and advancement in a real estate related field.
  • Competence in project management.
  •  Experience in dealing with Nigerian government agencies and parastatals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service, operating and safety standards.
  •  Participate in design and construction projects (new, renovation, expansion, acquisition, disposition)
  • Maintain an active and timely updated deal log and provide communication to the Group Executive Director on status and evaluation of business transactions Work with various internal and external departments, agencies and external suppliers to direct their activities in support of the estate
  •  Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the properties

4. PROJECT MANAGER 
REF: PM

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering Field or Architecture

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in building complexes, office blocks or hotels is required.
  • Competency in project management
  • Experience in design supervision and construction.
  • Proven track record in development and implementation of strategic management, operational review and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service, operating and product standards
  •  Participate in all designs and construction projects (new, renovation, expansion, acquisition) related to hotel or office blocks.
  •  Handle multiple project coordination and construction, Finance, procurement and preoperational set-up.
  • Maintain an active and timely updated deal log and provide communication to top management on status and evaluation of projects.
  • Work with various internal and external departments, agencies and external suppliers to direct their activities in support of the projects desired outcomes
