- you will assist in making sure all training interventions are tailored to meet identified skills gaps
- you will liaise with the HR department to develop and administer customer service related trainings
- you will assist in identifying relevant trainings for all customers care staff
- you will provide logistics support in the execution of all training programmes
- you will perform any other duties as assigned to you
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of first Degree in relevant discipline
. Minimum of 3 years experience
