Trade Marketing Representative
Job purpose and key deliverables
Execute the marketing activities in the outlets located within the territory in order to meet customer and consumer objectives as described in the cycle plan
Train customers if necessary, providing required material and instructions
Negotiate retail touchpoints (i.e. positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set
Develop and adhere to a well-defined work programme and route plan as agreed with Area Manager
Actively participate in business development projects (e.g., trade incentive schemes, internal brand awareness campaigns, etc.)
Support change management projects within Marketing Team
Ensure attendance of all approved training programmes and show visible application of acquired knowledge
Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality (e.g., RQI) and customer price of products are achieved for the territory
Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximise the use of organisation assets
Essential requirements
Must have as a minimum, a higher qualification from a recognised tertiary institution
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC Scheme
Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities
Reports to the CFO
Responsible for all aspects of financial control, accounting and financial management support
Responsible to build, develop and manage a strong finance team to support the company s business.
Responsible for ensuring the provision of accurate and timely financial accounts for business:
Comply with local fiscal authorities.
Implementation of company policies and its reviews.
Implementation of internal controls, internal and external audits and inter company management,
Responsible for monitoring bank facilities and leasing
Monitoring monthly financial reporting and preparation of project budgets & cash flows,
Monitoring of quarterly & annually month-wise forecasts, forecast financial statements and cash flows.
Presentation of profitability reviews, analysis of financial statements and cash flow plans to higher management
Implementation of internal controls, internal and external audits and inter company management,

Requirements
Degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
MBA is desireable

2. Treasury Manager
Role summary: The Treasurer has overall responsibility of managing financial assets and liabilities of the group with a view to optimizing margins. The job holder will oversee cash/ bank accounts management, liquidity management, procurement of finance from bankers, corporate finance, relationships with banks and rating agencies and financial risk management. The key objectives are to minimize idle balances, minimize interest expense and maximize yield on financial assets.
Responsibilities:
Managing the liquidity of the organisation and ensuring that yield on financial assets is maximized
Managing bank accounts, cash flow monitoring, planning, pooling and netting
Procurement of finance for working capital or tied to specific projects
Maintaining Relationship with banks and rating agencies
Managing financial risks within the group especially interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk to reduce volatility and ensure stability and predictability of earnings
Analysing the impact of financial markets on the performance of the company s financial assets and liabilities
Ensure availability and access to funding at the right time, price and conditions
Provides financial advice to the management on the group s short, medium and long term cash/funding / risk situation
Forecasting cash payments and withdrawals and anticipating challenges arising from cash concentration or limited cash flow
Responsibility for securing medium/long term finance from Investment bankers and fund managers
Monitors funding requirements to meet current or long term corporate objectives and negotiates with financial service providers to obtain the most cost effective source of funds Making decisions on the funding of the company s operations
Prepares periodic reports for submission to the Management
Key Skills and competencies
Excellent skills in money market dealing
Excellent Treasury management skills
Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications for treasury management and reporting.
Good knowledge of financial policies and procedures
Good knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
Education:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or in a numerate discipline
Master s in Business Administration
Professional Qualification:
Membership of Financial Markets Dealers association
CFA/ICAN
Experience:
8- 10 years experience in the corporate Treasury management functions of a similar organization/ in the banking industry with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
3. Chief Financial Officer
Job description:
To regulate, supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the firm reflecting all its activities in a manner commensurate with the relevant legislation and regulation.
To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the firm, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items.
To timely, regularly and duly prepare and present to the Board of Directors financial statements and reports as required by all pertinent laws and regulations in the territories of the operations of the firm.
To prepare and present for the approval of the Board of Directors an annual budget, other budgets, financial plans, business plans, feasibility studies, investment memoranda and all other financial and business documents.
To alert the Board of Directors and to warn it regarding any irregularity, lack of compliance, and problems whether actual or potential concerning the financial systems, the financial operations, etc which could or does have a financial implication to the firm.
To collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by the firm.
To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations of the firm, the attainment of its development plans and its investments
To initiate and engage in all manner of activities, whether financial or other, conducive to the financial health, the growth prospects and the fulfillment of investment plans of the firm to the best of his ability and with the appropriate dedication of the time and efforts required
The following qualifications are required:
12 + years of experience preferably in Engineering oil and gas or power sector
Demonstrable Leadership skills
ACA, CISA or related certifications important
Additional certifications in taxation, treasury will be an added advantage
IFRS and knowledge of accounting softwares required
