Risk Elements: Due to the unpredictable nature of security in Nigeria, especially Northern Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), there is the likely possibility that while carrying out this assignment, the consultant may be impacted/ affected by conflict or insecurity in the North. While some parts of the North and the FCT is relatively safe, the consultant would need to bear this in mind, put in place a safety strategy as well as err on the side of caution while discharging their duties.
