JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Service existing customers and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
· Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly and monthly reports.
· Meet sales target.
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; delivering solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products and services.
· Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic and/or work experience related to marketing
- Customer Service skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships and motivation for Sales.
- At least 1 year post-NYSC experience.
