ECOWAS Commission is recruiting to fill the position of: Programme Officer Telecommunications, Networks and Applications. Interested candidates should possess Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or related field (Science, Engineering) with evidence of specialization in telecommunication/ICT sector with a minimum of five years of active professional work experience in telecommunications sector in planning, management and implementation of telecommunications programmes with substantial period spend in West Africa.
