The LAKE CHAD BASIN COMMISSION (LCBC) is recruiting an expert for the position of: National Coordinator. the ideal Candidate should posses a Degree certificate in engineering, in the field relating to rural development, (environment, rural engineering, planning specialist, forestry manager and natural resources), Good knowledge of MS words, excel, access, power-point, finance and accountancy software or other tools of communication, (internet) and a minimum of 10 years working experience and must come from one of the LCBC member countries
