Job Objective:
• Build new customer relationships.
• Create & develop company-to-company selling strategies.
• Develop customer retention strategies.
• Monitor competitors services/products and assess own performance.
• Resolve customer issues and respond to customer inquiries.
• Create events to enhance traffic into our events centre
Essential requirements:
You must:
- have the charisma for this position
- be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- have prior working experience in the hospitality industry with a good track record
- have good/wide range of contacts/network to drive the business
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- be able to communicate fluently in English and interface freely with our foreign guests reside within Ikorodu/Sagamu axis
- be between the ages of 25 and 30 years
- have worked in same category within the last two years with credits and success stories, and be ready to build from scratch.
NB: Any qualification above BSc/HND need not apply.
