Description:
A well known consulting firm needs the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:- Manages the cafeteria short order lunch and soft drink section.
- Requisitions necessary food, soft drinks, and supplies.
- Plans work schedules and the assignment of necessary employees for an efficient operation.
- Trains and supervises personnel in the efficient preparation of sandwiches, short orders, and the serving of the various soft drinks.
- Manages the preparation and storage of the various foods which are listed on the menu.
- Inspects food preparation area for proper cleanliness.
- Inspects Food Health Certificates to determine that all employees possess a valid, up-to-date certificate and that employees conform to the required health requirements.
- May assist the dining hall manager in the management of the dining hall in his/her absence.
- Performs related work as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Minimum of OND from any tertiary institution
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
