Brokerage Executive Jan 21st 2013, 13:02 Location: Lagos Description: A real estate company requires the services of a Brokerage Executive Responsibilities: Liaises with external service providers ie lawyers, co-property agents, mortgage companies, etc to assist with the acquisition/disposition process Identify, source and collate asset and match with client requirements Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, facilitate exchange of contracts and all transactional documents and coordinate the closing process Qualifications and Requirements: A good degree At least 2 - 3 years experience in real estate brokerage and investment  A flair for property acquisitions and dispositions. Forward and fast-thinking with sound use of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in the real estate sector is a must.
