| Customer Service Executive Jan 18th 2013, 12:44 Location: Lagos Description: An IT firm requires the services of a Customer Service Executive to join the team.
Responsibilities: - Enter and update employee information into database, including payroll
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, screen and direct calls as well as greet office visitors.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline
- At least 1 – 3 year experience
- Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Excellent proficiency of the English language
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal skills.
- Detail oriented, sense of priority, problem solving skills, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic, proactive, independent, accountable, strong sense of professionalism, resourceful, takes initiative, common sense, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a small professional business environment.
