Responsibilities:
- Generate business ideas in line with the company's vision and goals.
- Ensure that the reception is always accomodative and receptive for customers.
- Strictly undertake and manage administrative based project work as directed
- Assess marketing opportunities and develop services that would meet the needs of target markets.
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Maintain, prepare and report all weekly activities to the MD.
- Must ensure interpersonal relations with staff, customers and clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff under you in the area of responsibility.
- Liaise with clients on administrative issues
- Tidying of the office
- Managing the lecturers in areas of lecture time to students
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any related discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages as well as the internet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working relationship with staff & clients
- Must reside around Ikorodu axis
