Job Summary:
To deliver friendly, excellent and efficient customer service, at all times and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HND/B.Sc. degree preferably with a background in Social Sciences, Humanities or its equivalent with a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree(2.2)
- Has completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- 0 - 2 years experience
- Excellent presentation & communications skills, honest and reliable and able to work unsupervised in a busy environment, good PC skill and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Female , Single, Not older than 30 years
- A good team player with a minimum of one year experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Must be confident ,friendly and able to communicate well with people of all levels
- Should be self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to work in an ICT organization.
