A hospitality business situated in Delta requires the services of a suitable individual to fill this position.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development, training, implementation and maintenance of the Hotel's Food Safety programs, including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and ServeSafe. Set standards and monitor procedures to ensure food safety at all stages of the operation. Interact with Food and Beverage employees and managers on multiple properties, to ensure training and non-conformance with food safety procedures are corrected promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science or Culinary Arts training
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role
- Must be very detail oriented, conscientious and systematic
- High level of accuracy to do the job
- Computer knowledge and literacy with spreadsheets and word processing.
