We do this with our committed employees, who are inspired to shape the future of the industry and deliver legendary services to our customers Department/Division/ Unit: Risk & Compliance Summary Objective: The Operations Risk Manager (RM) serves as the primary liaison of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to senior management and assists management personnel to coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of the company's response to operations risk in the enterprise. Responsibilities: Ensure that the company maintains the appropriate operations risk posture and as such, works in close collaboration with risk owners, business owners, and information system owners.   Serves as a principal advisor on all matters (management, operational, and technical) involving the operations risk management of business processes and information systems such as sales and marketing, supply chain, information security, and others. Plays an active role in the monitoring of business processes, information systems, and environments of operation including developing and updating risk and security plans, managing and controlling changes to processes, systems, and environments, and, assessing the associated operations risk. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and control techniques to manage operations risk; and, ensures compliance with those policies and procedures.  The Operations RM also manages personnel with significant responsibilities for operations risk management, and ensures that the personnel receive adequate assignment, mentoring, and training.  With the support of the CRO, the Operations RM works closely with senior management and their designated representatives to ensure: Report quarterly to the CRO on the operations effectiveness of the risk management program, including progress of remedial actions. Qualifications and Requirements: Possess a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university.   A Master degree or other post-graduate degree is a plus. Certification is not necessary; however possessing a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) in Audit, or obtaining relevant professional certification within six (6) months of hire is a plus. A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience related to the job, two of which must be supervisory.   Experience must include functioning as an analyst, associate, consultant, manager, or similar role in risk management, information security, business operations, or related disciplines. Demonstrate working knowledge of standards and guidelines for Enterprise Risk Management and for Information Security. Demonstrate working knowledge and expertise required for administering the aspects of business processes and information systems relevant for operations risk management, and consistent with government and industry regulations.
