Other specialist services include Youth Marketing, Brand Launches, Gaming & Applications, Social Networking & Mobile Applications development along with digital advertising.  Job summary: To be responsible for the planning direction, executing and evaluating projects. According to predetermined timelines and budgets, building and managing project. Teams, reporting to the team lead and ensuring quality control throughout project cycles. As well as responsible for the overall direction, coordination,implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.   Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of project Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverable using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results   Qualifications and Requirements: A graduate with a first degree in management or business related degree. 3 – 4 years' experience in project management Must have completed NYSC Possession of a post graduate degree is desirable Membership of an institute of project management is desirable Direct work experience in project management capacity Proven experience in people management Proven experience in strategic planning Proven experience in risk management Proven experience in change management Proficient in project management software Financial management skills Qualification in project management or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Possesses a general understanding of contract administration, business principals and business law. Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Excellent business management and developmental skills Leadership qualities Efficient team management skills Ability to resolve conflicting situations Effective technical knowledge and computer skills; Microsoft office software, lotus Notes, and other company and discipline specific software applications. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, Colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. Effective analytic and problem-solving skills.
